Stretch films of this quality are produced and used worldwide. With appropriate use, the use is acceptable.
However, you can protect the environment with higher-quality qualities, increase the quality and safety of your packaging and also massively reduce your costs.
Please do not consider cost per kilogram. Note the cost per wrapped pallet
-Power (up to 250%)
With power films you take the first step towards packaging optimization. Depending on the µm, you can stretch these films up to 250%. These films are often used for uncomplicated applications with semi-automatic stretch wrappers.
-Super Power (up to 300%)
The Super Power films are designed for applications in the high-performance sector. These foils are mainly used for high-speed, fully automatic systems. Sophisticated packaged goods and high-quality, semi-automatic stretch wrappers also require this high level of quality.
-High Performance (special us for applications with high pre-stretch)
The range of high-performance foils is a step up from the super-power foils. The scope is identical. However, the highest quality raw materials are processed here using the most modern manufacturing processes. Elongation values can be increased or foils with lower µm can be used. The goal is the consistent optimization of consumption and costs while increasing the stability of the packaging.
-Stiff (special use for applications without pre-stretch)
The films from the Stiff series were explicitly developed to massively optimize hand films and simple semi-automatic machine applications. The stiff films are extremely tear-resistant and durable at low µm. This allows you to significantly reduce the use of materials and thus the costs per wrapped pallet.
